The world of DinoSawUs is continually growing. Kids who enter the world of DinoSawUs can expect countless hours of fun dinosaur games and challenges.

Dinosaurs

DinoSawUs having many layers as a learning tool for children and providing growth opportunities on lots of levels especially around the dinosaurs - t-rex, triceratops, Velociraptor, Allosaurus, stegosaurus and the embedded Funbrain dinosaur games.

Jurassic

Firstly, it fosters an interest and fascination with dinosaurs and the prehistoric world. Within the DinoSawUs world children who want to know more about this can do research in the Funbrain Museum. This feeds a thirst for knowledge with easily accessible information specifically written for children in the target age range of 5 to 11.

Funbrain

The children can go on adventures from the Museum that take them throughout the world solving clues and answering questions. Through these adventures they learn how to refer back to the relevant information in the Museum for answers, how to sift through text looking for the correct answer and to follow clues in a logical sequence to reach a conclusion.

Dino

The Dino Daily newspaper within the DinoSawUs world allows numerous opportunities for the children to engage with the DinoSawUs community and to develop a love of newspapers and reading.

Kids Dinosaur

In the newspaper they can read stories, jokes, comments and views from other children and send in their own feedback or contributions. There is a strong conservation message running through the newspaper which encourages the children to think about the world we live in and how best to look after it.

The Dinosaur

In the Town Hall within the DinoSawUs world the children can enter competitions. These range from colouring-in competitions to writing about the most amazing dinosaur discovery to writing a simple DinoSawUs song about T Rex, triceratops, Velociraptor, Allosaurus, stegosaurus and many other dinosaurs.

Obviously, the dinosaur games within the world offer their own learning components such as problem-solving and perseverance but it is the fact that they operate within such a richly educational environment that makes DinoSawUs a perfect tool for teachers in schools.
